  • Precautions were taken by covering the floor and laying plastic to assist in some of the dust caused by the remodeling process
  • Base cabinets were put in so the template for the counter tops could be done
  • Counter tops were installed, then appliances and back splash
  • All recessed cans and fans were removed and new modern LED ones were installed
  • The original pantry with bifold doors was replaced by a pull out pantry system which is more reachable and practical

Complete Overhaul

Pictures did not do this project any justice! This remodel was done for a retired professor, who owned a lot of books. We started organizing the living room with built in bookcases with special goose-neck lights that were put into the crown molding.

The kitchen was closed in with the overhead cabinets and didn't have good flow.
To change this we redid the layout and added a built-in small sitting area.

The bathroom needed more storage for kitchen overflow as this was a small condo in the Shoreline area of Seattle. We added a pull out drawer cabinet in the bathroom for extra storage.

Finally, in the downstairs we added a wood type appearance tile with added radiant floor heating.

After all said and done he is one happy customer!
